![]() When my public account was hacked earlier this year (it's embarrassing to admit that it was my fault. Customer security is very important at Runbox. Runbox does a great job at filtering SPAM I rarely get messages that wind up having to be handled by SpamSieve on my end. (I have personal, business and public email accounts.) I can't say enough good things about the customer service. The cost is very reasonable you select a plan that meets your specific needs based on how much email you normally handle and the number of accounts you require. All flavors of email are supported (IMAP, POP3, etc.) and you can use an email program and webmail. I have been a customer for years and the service is excellent. (IMO it is simply more professional to use your own domain name for business communications.) The service quality and reliability will be better, you have more options (such as using your own domain rather than and customer privacy is a priority at the best email companies. I suggest that you think about using a reputable email service that isn't associated with your ISP. ![]() I'm rather amazed that AOL is still in business. FWIW, I know other AOL customers who have problems with the service.
